2 Parcel of land near the southern end of the Fairfield in Kingston, bounded on the south side by the Fairfield Road, on the north side by land now or late of Mr Taylor, on the west side by land of the Society of Friends Trustees of their "Poor Charity", and on the east side by land of the Chelsea Water Works and others (the boundary line between the land of the Society of Friends and the land belonging to the trustees of the Almshouse charity being a line passing though the line of stumps on the west side of the piece of land belonging to the Trustees of the Almshouse Charity.
