Testator : Katherine Hawkins of Gwernawid [Gwern-y-chwid] in parish of Kerry, co. Mtg., widow, of Leonard Hawkin of the same, dec'd.
Legacies : Anne, wife of William Worswick, eldest dau. of Thos. Hawkins, dec'd., son of Leonard Hawkins to have conveyed to her messuage and appurts. in Gwern-y-Chwid in parish of Kerry which Leonard Hawkins in his will devised to trustees to be held in trust, and reconveyed after testator's death to such daughter or daughters of Thos. Hawkins dec'd. as Katherine Hawkins shd. nominate, provided she convey to Elizabeth Hawkins annuity of £6 for 99 yrs. or life.
If Elizabeth refuse to sign release of premises to Anne Worswick or enter premises or bring suit to evict Anne, £6 annuity to cease.
Messuage and lands in Llanwnnog [Llanwnog], co. Mtg., to testator's grandchild, Anne Worswick, charged with £10 to her son, Somersett Worswick.
Executrix : Anne Worswick.
