To his wife Arrabella an annuity of £30 p.a. above the £2,000 settled on her before marriage.
To his sister in law Elizabeth wife of his brother John Bather an annuity of £10
To his mother Catharine Bather an annuity of £10
To his wife all his household goods and silver.
To his nephew John Bather £500 at 24
To his nephew John Norton £200 at 21
To his other nephews and nieces £20 each at 21
Residue to his brother John Bather, executor.
Codicil 21 Aug. 1768 - to aunt Jane Bather of Featherstone Bldgs, Holborn, £170; alteration of legacy to John Norton of £300.
Probate in the P.C.C. of Robert Bather formerly of London, late of the parish of Meole Brace.
