Grant in fee by John le Harpere of Tamworth to Robert Attehalle of one plot of land with the houses built thereon, and its other appurtenances, in Tamworth. It lies outside the gate of Egate between the gutter below the land of John de Ryngesdon on one side and the King's highway and Robert's tenement on the other. It stretches from a lane called Speremchinestyle against Bollebrugge as one head, towards the said Robert's tenement at the other. Which plot, from the land to the garden contains 32 feet of land and from the gutter to Robert's land at its head on the garden side 20 feet of land. It is that plot of land with its houses which the grantor formerly had by the feoffment of Robert Attehalle. [9 Apr 1316]

Quitclaim by Alice widow of Alan Hemory of Tamworth to her son John Hemory of all right and claim in 4s 6d rent which were assigned to her in exchange for another rent in name of dower after the death of Alan her husband. The rent comes from two messuages which Alan Huonyng senior holds in Tamworth, one of which lies at the carfax between the land of Thomas le Deyster and of Maud his wife on one side and the King's highway on the other; it stretches from the King's highway to the land of the aforesaid John on the other. The other messuage lies in the street called Ellergate between the land of John le Whyte senior on one side and the King's highway on the other; it stretches from the lane known as the Personeslone to the land of John de Bromleye and of Walter de Bollunhull.
