Her one-seventh share and third of another one-seventh share of the ironworks, forge and furnace and the farm and lands called Conster in Beckley, Brede and Udimore, and of all other property of her late father Peter Farnden, deceased in Beckley, Brede, Udimore, Westfield, Sedlescombe, Ore, Castle and Peasmarsh

For LF and her heirs in tail, remainder to the children of her sister Sarah Dobel (Walter Dobel, esq, Peter Dobel, citizen of London, Lucy Dobel and Ann Dobel) in equal shares
