Part of footpath from a highway between Clap Hill Gate and Mersham and Bilsington near the manor pound of Poulton Stanstead, running south-west over a common called Aldington Freight, over inclosed lands of Henry Tilbe, to an occupation road near the Windmill of Henry Tilbe, 762 yards long, to be stopped up as unnecessary, since there is a road in the same direction.
Order: at the sign of the Walnut Tree in Aldington, 4 August 1820, with plan (scale: 32 ins. to mile) surveyed by G. Quested, Littlebourne.
Affidavit concerning publication of notices, 9 January 1821.
