Rutland, esq., only son and heir of Augustine barker late of South Luffenham, gent., deceased, by Thomasin, his wife, late Thomasin Tryst, spinster, to Thomas Roberts of Glaston, co. Rutland, esq.: a capital messuage in SOUTH LUFFENHAM lately in occupation of Augustine Barker, now in occupation of Francis Ednutt and all messuages, cottages, etc., lands, closes, meadows, pastures, etc., in SOUTH LUFFENHAM, SOUTH LUFFENHAM, MORCOT, BARROWDON and KETTON, co. Rutland, formerly in possession of Augustine Barker but now in possession of Thomasin Barker, his relict: all other lands and tenements of said Samuel Barker in SOUTH LUFFENHAM, NORTH LUFFENHAM, MORCOT, BARROWDEN and KETTON formerly Augustine Barker's and wherein Thomasin Barker has any estate for life and the said Samuel has any estate in reversion: all other lands and tenements of which the said Augustine died seised: to hold the same for one year for the purpose of effecting a release.
