The property was owned by a group of shareholders; from its annual rent a dividend was paid in July. The shareholders included Dr R Bell; his son HP Senhouse was Treasurer from 1895-1911. The property (a house and shop) was occupied by the following:-

Henry Norman, draper, 1870 - 1877

Jane Norman, 1878 - 1886

Joseph Fleming, 1887-1901 or after.

The property was sold in 1928.
