Description

Tradesmen's Bills of Lord Robert Dudley, cr. Earl of Leicester in 1564, chiefly for articles of dress, goldsmith's work and saddlery and mostly certified by John Dudley, Anthony Foster and others, his auditors; 1555-1578

At the end (ff.300-444) are warrants signed by Anthony Foster for the delivery out of the Earl's wardrobe of materials for making clothes, etc. 29 Dec. 1565-10 July, 1568.
