File of glass negatives (and surrogate material) from a single original cardboard box. Box lid information: Ilford Auto-Filter Plates. Box lid is numbered "45" and on it is written in ink "Tajiks, Mustagh Ata, Kirghiz" and "301-312 Exposed" and in pencil "No paper" and the letter "G". The box contained eleven glass negatives, from which (in 2005) new negatives, low contrast 'postcard' prints, and two contact sheets were generated.
