Description

Nothing done as to allotment of Kinnertyon common. Things going on well at Stonehouse. Will send Ferrier's acc[oun]t in a week. Tile not bro[ugh]t home at Badland. Mr Newton gone to London. Mr Thomas intends selling Pencarrig Estate, value about £2,000 a year.
