2. John Dunning for and on behalf of Joseph Pease and Henry Pease, both esquires of Darlington, Co. Durham.
Agreement by (1) to sell and by (2) to buy several parcels of land, heretofore part of Newport Marshes.
Schedule of Deeds: 1861 - 1869.
Endorsement: '1876 13 No 297. In the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division. Berridge v Pease. This is the Agreement marked 'J.D.' referred to in the Affirmation of John Dunning affirmed before me this 2nd day of July, 1877. A.T. Treheame. A Commissioner etc'.
