Interview about working in the frozen food industry, including material as follows:
Side A: (1) Work at Buckingham Foods in Bletchley [Bucks] including complaints about working conditions and practices, the ethnic composition of the work force.
Side B: (1) Work at Buckingham Foods as before.
(2) Work at Forrester Foods Ltd., Dallas Road, Bedford including allegations about making of pizzas including the recycling of food waste; the unhygienic practices meant that the factory was closed down by Public Health Inspector; the work force was largely Asian, both women and ex-manual workers from the brick industry (3) The speakers also discuss home working in the clothing trade ( Original Ref.
