- all that piece or parcel of land in parish of St.Paul, Bedford, containing a depth of 160 feet and having a frontage to Tavistock Street of 16 feet 6 inches and bounded: to W by property lately of JCC, now of William Watkins; to N by Tavistock Street; to E by property formerly belonging to Thomas Brandam and others but now to Mr.Benskine and Mr.Ball; to S by property formerly belonging to William Kay but now to representatives of Mrs.Ford; together with buildings erected thereon and known as 114 Tavistock Street, late in occupation of Maria Merrie - as shown on an included plan shown as Appendix III.
