From Michaelmas 1820 for 50 years (wanting 25 days) at £5 p.a parchment 1 membrane Signed and Sealed pencilled no '249'

Plan in margin, lower part coloured yellow.

Allom covenants to enclose with wooden fence certain parts and to erect buildings to value of £300 at least.
