Description

Statutory declaration of John Fletcher of Bishampton, co. Worcs., in the matter of the title of Michael Pettipher to a freehold estate called The Pasture Farm in Pebworth, contracted to be sold to William Rimell: that he had been well acquainted with Michael Pettipher the elder of Pebworth farmer deceased, who had made his will on 25 March 1828 and one of whose daughters he had married; that William Pettipher, who died in May 1864, was his eldest son and heir and that the legacies bequeathed by William Pettipher the elder had been paid more than 20 years ago.
