18th cent engraving of 'Coopersdale Hall, the Seat of Mrs Chevely' [near Epping, Essex] stuck onto first folio
Letters mostly concerned with the Archer family of Welford near Newbury (Berkshire) and Coopersale (Essex) [descendents of William Eyre of Holme near Chesterfield, possibly related to John Eyre who inherited the Gell estates on death of Sir Philip Gell in 1719]; volume also includes some family correspondence of Philip Eyre Gell (d 1795) and Philip Gell (d 1842)
