Description

(1) pp. 1-22, ''Translation of Tantia Topee's voluntary deposition or statement taken in Camp Mooshrairee on 10th April 1859, in presence of Major [Sir Richard John] Meade, Commanding Field Force.'' [Tantia Topi, a Maratha Brahman, was the ablest of the Indian leaders in the Mutiny. He was captured, and on 18th April 1859 executed.] (2) pp. 23-57, Translation of Tantia Topi's Order Book.
