From Copyhold of the Manor of Amberley in consideration of £960, between (a) The Ecclesiastical Commissioners for England, the Lords of the Manor of Amberley; (b) Edward Henry Ellis St. John of Battle House, Oxford Road, Reading, co. Berks, gentleman; John Martin Sheridan of Pheasant Hill House, Sisters Avenue, Clapham Common, co. London, infant of 5; John of 2 St. Anne's Villas, Harrow, co. Middlesex, gentleman; Frederick Paulet St. John of 3 Ferndale Road, Clapham, co. London, gentleman.

Property as described in ADD MSS/16,330 and rights except the mineral rights below 200 feet.
