fos. 2 and 122 The latter once preceded the former and they contain decrees appointing chamberlains 1478; decrees on fishing, 1479, 1483, 1494, 1508; decree of Guestling stating procedure for enforcing payment of debts, 1478.
fo. 10v. Letters Patent dated 3 May 1481 with letters of attendance, appointing John Sylton, valet of the crown, as King's bailiff at Rye on the death of John Graunford
fo. 42v. Confirmation of the appointment above, by Richard III 3 March 1484.
fos. 115-117v. Sureties for keeping the peace by masters of ships, 1487-9.
fo. 117v. Order of special Brodhull, on procedure for letters of process, 1478.
f63v Inquest on John Aleyn of Rye Hook-maker, blown over the cliff by a strong wind; 7 Nov 1487

Order of Brodhull that the freemen of each town are to be free of all the others, no date; another order that none are to make returns to commands under the seal of the Castle of Dover contrary to the new charter, and that freemen or indwellers impleading each other in courts outside the liberties are to pay £10, 1483.
fo. 118v Order of Brodhull for payment to Rye 'for their costs at London for the Pryve Seale,' 1488.
fo. 121v Petition of the Cinque Ports to the Lord Steward to perform their accustomed services at the coronation of Richard III, and order thereon; note of 15 annual payments, no date; moralising verses in 16th-century hand.
Enrolled deeds throughout this volume, principally bonds but including a final concord in the usual form, a 'recognition' of a feoffment and a fine with condition for defeasance, are on fos. 26r, 28r, 33v, 53v, 54r and 87v.
