4 horse power double-acting crank engine, with 12? inch cylinder, 3 foot stroke, parallel motion.Reverse general view of the engine and boiler, reverse plans and sections of the engine (5 drawings on 1 sheet); reverse plan and sections of the framing and condenser; reverse plan and section of the framing and boiler, and "sketch shewing the manner of fixing on the windmill arms", Feb. 1798 (misdated as 1797); working gear - reverse front and side views; reverse sketch showing the application of the governor and throttle valve. All the drawings bear letter codes.

For Mr. - Boon, ordered by John Daniel Huichelbos van Liender of The Hague. Distillery, Holland. In his letter of 12 May 1797, van Liender writes that the engine is required by a friend of his who wants it for grinding malt and rye for a distillery.
