(i) to (ii) a capital messuage with barns, stables, outbuildings and appurtenances, occupying 5a in Sileby and Undy Hill, Church Headlands, Canby Sick, Near Mary Wong, Wild Leys, Upper Mary Wong, Frog Hole and Little Fields or the Whart Lands (102a 3r. altogether). Also 3 closes called the Leggs, North Ends or Rushy Meadow (26a 8p) and three other closes with a barn built thereon (17a) all in Sileby to be held for a term of 99 years.
