Parties 1) John Boscott of Chipping Norton, grocer's assistant 2) Samuel Pryer of Chipping Norton, bank manager. Property: Messuage in New St., Chipping Norton, formerly held by John Boscott then by his widow Sarah Boscott and now by George Rouse; and piece of land at Rock Hill, Chipping Norton (15p) formerly part of several pieces of land belonging to Henry Tilsely of Ch.Norton, gent. and now separated from them by a stone wall which piece of land is bounded on the N. by the turnpike, on the E by a way from the turnpike road to the cottages next mentioned on the south by the messuage next described, and on the W by the remaining pieces of land belonging to Henry Tilsley, and messuage now converted into 3 cottages at Rock Hill, Chipping Norton formerly held by Thomas Sheppard, William Wakefield and John Coleman then by widow Sheppard William Blackwell and Richard Fletcher Britain and late by John Grafton, George Webb, and Richard Fletcher Britain. One of the three cottages was recently converted into two and two of the cottages are now held by Widow Grafton and George Webb and the other two were lately occupied by Alice Booth.
