Draft articles of agreement for sale of the Eardington Colliery with the brick and tile yard, engines etc in the parish of Quatford (5.3.0), Coppice Head (1.1.23), Coppice leasow (2.1.30), Brook ground (3.1.20), Yates Coppice (5.1.36), all in Eardington; and all mines etc Price £1000. Possession on 1 August 1858
