Description

By THOMAS JOBSONS of Hawkesbury, yeoman, to Sir ROBERT JENKINSON of Walcott, co.Oxon,knt. - in consideration of a demise by Sir Robert to the said Thos. Jobsons of 3 acres of land in Hawkesbury in the tithing of Stoke adjoining to other land of the said Thomas called Parke Hill for 99 years and 900 years in reversion thereof - of a parcel of land in a close in Stoke called Conigar Hill about an acre's breadth from the Church path there containing 1 acre

And one other parcel in the same close at the upper end of the Conigar containing one ferrundell of land

And also two ridges of arable land containg about ½ acre at the lower end of Gallowes hill in Stoke adjoining to land of the said Thos. Jobsons

And also all other land of the said Thomas in any of the enclosures of the said Sir Robert in Stoke which theretofore was any part of the inheritance of Arthur Daws decd
