Parties 1) Joseph Quartermaine of Chipping Norton, upholsterer. 2) Charles Young of Chipping Norton, builder. Property: Messuage in New Street, Chipping Norton, on the north side of the street, formerly occupied by Samuel Hodge, then by Abraham Quatermaine, then by Robert Pickering and Thomas Walker Gardner and now by Daniel Jiles; and 2 cottages adjoining, one on the east and the other on the west, formerly held by Samuel Hodge and James Roberts, then by Elizabeth Kirtland and George Hathaway, then by George Webb and Charles Blackwell and now by George Harwood and Elijah Dixon.
