Lease from Thomas Ferrers of Badesly Clinton esq. to Barlow Evetts of Balsall Temple esq. of the advowson of the rectory of Badesly Clinton in the diocese of Lichfield and Coventry. To hold the same for 21 years.

Circular seal of red wax applied. ½ in. On a shield seven mascles and a canton ermine.

Witnesses to signing and receipt endorsed: Ch: Bromley; Hugford Hassall.

Inrollment in Court of Common Pleas endorsed in Michaelmas Term 22 George II [1748].

Endorsed: [In a contemporary hand]

Ferrers Esqr to 23rd July 1748 Grant of the Advowson of Badesly for 21 years.
