(iii) Edward Wood of Amersham, barber.

Property in D-CH/A/306.

Consideration: £40 pd. to (i), £20 to (ii).

Attached: Assignment 5 November 1755.

(i) John Wood, son of Edward Wood.

(ii) William Ayres of Coleshill, Amersham, co.Hertford, brickmaker.

(iii) Stephen Squier the younger of Amersham, carpenter.

Assignment (i) to (iii) of above property for residue of term of 1000 years in trust to await the inheritance of (iii).
