Sale of the remaining portions of the Westoning Estate, comprising 263 acres, with Title to Lot 1 (part), Lots 2 to 20 and Lot 23 commencing with the Will of Rev. John W.C. Campion dated 10th Oct 1863.

Title to Lot 1 (part) commencing with an Indenture of Mortgage dated 28th Jul 1894 between John G.C. Campion and John W.D. Harrison and William G.C. Mitchell.

Title to Lots 21 and 22 commencing with an Indenture of Conveyance dated 24th Jun 1899, between the Rev. John T. Pearse and others and Henry Pearse.
