Bundle title from schedule of deeds deposited with at Birmingham City Council Town Clerk's Department then received by Birmingham Reference Library in 1955 [L/CR/D 2714]. Documents TC 1032-1035 relate to the freehold interest to the property, dated 1821 - 1840. Documents TC 1036-1047 relate to the leasehold interest to the property, dated 1821 - 1879. Document TC 1033 comprises an abstract of an Act of Parliament 57th George III [1840]. Document TC 1034 comprises an abstract of the title dated 1840. Document TC 1043 comprises an abstract of the title dated 1876.
