PARTIES: 1. John Chambers late of the Prince of Wale's or 10th Regiment of Light Dragoons but now of the Priory Old Windsor, Berks, esq.
2a. John Gill,
b. Richard Pugh and
c. William Squire all of St. James's Place, Middlx, gents.
3. Edward Howard of Maddox Street, Hanover Square, Middx, gent. (a Trustee nominated and appointed on the part and behalf of 2a.2b. and 2c.
SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: In consideration of £600 of 2a. 2b. and 2c. paid by the hands of 3. to 1. (of which £300 is the money of 2a, £200 is the money of 2b. and £100 the money of 2c.) 1. grants to 2a. 2b. and 2c. for the natural life of 1. the annuity of £100 payable in the Common Dining Hall of Lincolns Inn quarterly on the 26th of April, July, October and January in each year.
In consideration of the further sum of 5/- paid to 1. by 3. 1. at the appointment of 2a. 2b. and 2c. transfers to 3. all the interest in the £13,333.6.8d. 3% Bank Annuities agreed in an Indenture of Settlement dated 25 Sept. 1801 and also the principal sum of £20,000 secured by Mortgage in the Form of a Lease and Release dated 11 and 12 July 1777 but subject to the raising and paying £7,000 with interest to Sarah Fuller and Mary Fuller by a Mortgage of 28 April 1801 and subject to the purchasing of £13,333.6.8d. 3% Bank Annuities in the Indenture of Settlement of 25th Sept. 1801 and of £1,000 and interest secured by term of 200 years by Lease and Release of 9 and 10 February 1753 to which 1. is entitled but subject to the mortgage thereof to Sarah Fuller and Mary Fuller upon trust to pay the said annuity of £100 and upon other trusts £50 of the said annuity is to be the property of 2a, £33.6.8d the property of 2b. and the remaining £16.13.4d. the property of 2c. The £20,000 was by the Indentures of Lease and Release of 11 and 12 July 1777 charged on the manors of Bradwell Odingsells, Bradwell Cirencester and Bradwell St. Johns, the capital messuage of Bradwell Odingsells and other property in Bradwell, Shilton, Broughton Puggs, and Filkins.
