(etc.)
AND WEE do further ... give and grant unto the said President and Censors of the said Colledge ... full and sole Power Privilege liberty and authority of licenceing all and singuler Bookes Pamphletts Papers Writings Significacons and intimacons whatsoever in any wise relating to Phisick or Chirurgery or the Practice thereof (etc.)
PROVIDED alwaies neverthelesse and our will and pleasure is and wee do hereby declare Our Royal intent and meaning to bee that itt shall and may bee lawfull to and for us our heires and successors at any time and at all times hereafter by any order or Orders of Councell of us our heires or Successors to amove or displace the President or any of the Fellows Elects Censors or other Officers or members of the said Colledge and Corporacon ... when and as often as it shall seeme meete to us (etc.)
