Jury: Richard Rosevear, Nicholas Cole, Walter Hicks, John Udy, Walter Treleaven, William Thomas, John Hicks, Ralph Cole, Thomas Symons, Richard Avery, Henry Hockin, John Bawden, Thomas Hodge, Charles Gibbs, William Cole, gents.
Declaration on oath by Richard Miller, master, and John May, mariner, of the sloop Beginning, that 5 tons of salt, shipped at Bristol on 11 Feb. 1773, to be carried to Bottreaux Castle 'within the port of Padstow', for Edward Pearce of Camelford and John Spettigue of Treneglos, shopkeepers, on which duty was paid, were destroyed in a storm.
