The purchase (contracted for) of freehold lands at Ryfields in Harting from Charles Eades of Petersfield, gent., £50 on account paid, the conveyance to be made to friends Thomas Bradley senior, grazier, and John Gaman, glazier, both of Petersfield
In trust for wife for life and after her decease the premises to be sold, the proceeds to be divided between testator's brothers, and sisters and the children of late brother William Perryer deceased
