1. Thomas Fyssh, son and heir of William Fyssh

2. Nicholas Pyttes, vicar of Redcliff, Philip Meede, Thomas Asshe, and John Wykeham, merchants

Property: moiety of a close, equally divided between Thomas Fysshe and the said feoffees, in a street leading to Brandon Hill, opposite the land of John Sharpe, it being half an acre of land called Standenes

Rentcharge: 20 pence [8p]p.a.
