The items in sections Par/6/1, 3, 4, 6, 11, 14, 15, 16, 24-26, 37 together with Par/6/2/2; 7/1-15, 7/17 (1983-1984), 7/19-22; 12/2,3; 21/1; 31/5, 9; 54/1-3, were deposited by the incumbent in 1955, 1956, 1964, 1969, June 1976, May 1983 and May 1997.

Par/6/2/1 is photocopy made by the Record Office, 1974.

Par/6/2/3-5 were deposited by Miss M. Inglis of Angmering in October 1987.
