Ts account of his experiences as a prisoner of war in Hong Kong and Japan, following the fall of Hong Kong in December 1941. The account describes his life and work in and around camps at Sham Shui Po (Hong Kong), Osaka, Kyoto and Hiroshima (Japan), with particular reference to the physical ill treatment of prisoners and giving a description of the dropping of the Atomic bomb over Hiroshima.
