Description

(i) The freeholders and leaseholders in the Forest of Rossendale and Part of Brandwood within Spotland, (ii) Richard Ashworth of Boothfold in the Forest of Rossendale, yeoman, Henry Ashworth of Millerbarn in the Forest of Rossendale, yeoman, and the feoffee or feoffees of James Key of Boothfold, dec'd the right of way from Boothfold over Hughmill Bridge, from the south end of the bridge south eastward to the bottom of Carlane, and from the south end of the bridge westward by the north side of Bury Parish to Waterfoot; and agree to pay for the upkeep of the road, fences, gates and bridges (copy)
