2. Henry Burns of Albrighton, stonemason
To sell to Henry Burns the inheritance in fee simple in a plot of land in Donington of 1,000 sq. yards shown on plan annexed, in consideration of an annual rent of £6 5s payable to the vendor.
The vendor to furnish an abstract of title to the premises. The vendor need not show any title before the date of conveyance from Miss Colemore to him. Plan.
