Internal original bundle containing: Deeds relating to a water grist mill in Hewish in Crewkerne, 1637-1669/70 (5), 1701-06(6). Deeds relating to Hewish Mill in the tithing of Coombe in Crewkerne, 1730-95(8), and also referring to a house in North Street, Crewkerne, 1737/8, 1744. Deeds relating to various properties in Crewkerne, 1722-92(3), 1804. (24 documents).

Internal original bundle containing: Various leases and assignments relating to farms, parsonages, and tithing corn, in the hundred of South Petherton, 1551/2, property in the parish or manor of Crewkerne, 1658, 1718, Combe Farm in Crewkerne, 1741, Illeigh Farm in Knowle and Chaffcombe, 1732/3, and Hill Farm in Chillington, 1734/5, with a paper endorsed 'Particulars of Hill Farm', circa 1710, giving field names, acreage and value. Leases relating to properties in the manors of Hewish [in Yatton] and Rolston [in Banwell], 1727-47(3). Lease by the Governors of St. Bartholomew's Hospital to John, Lord Poulett, of ground on which a thatched tenement called 'The Fryerny of George Hinton' lately stood, 1699. (11 documents).

Lease for seven years, with Bond, 1742, of the market house, shambles, profits of markets and fairs, utensils, etc.; with a paper document bearing columns headed '1749 An account of ye sheep-market at Crewkerne, &c', 'A list of ye butchers in Crewkern shambles &c. 1749', 'A list of ye out standings in Crewkern market &c.', and 'A continuation of ye out standings', giving personal names and (presumably) tolls, where applicable. Leases for twenty-one years by John, Lord Poulett, 1658, 1661, the Trustees of John, Lord Poulett, 1685, 1693, and of John, Earl Poulett, 1724-55(13). Lease for seven years of Henley Farm in Crewkerne, 1755. Lease for years and lives by Vere, Earl Poulett, of property in Crewkerne, held of the manor of Crewkerne, 1773. Copy of court roll of property in Misterton, held of the manor of Crewkerne, 1740. Lease for twenty-one years by John, Lord Poulett, 1657, and Deed of Exchange, 1699, relating to property in Misterton. (59 documents) [Altogether 76 documents].
