Attachment issued by Steward of Liberty of Hundred of Macclesfield on behalf of the King, to the Bailiff of the afsd liberty and to John Booth for this turn only, against Nathaniel Timperley to appear at next court to be held for the Liberty of the Hundred of Macclesfield (21 July 1766), to answer John Maddox in a plea of Trespass in the Case, to damage of £10. Franked Wm.Stafford.
