- To grandson Thomas Marshall said premises in Finkle Street on death of Isaac
- To son Isaac and nephew John Field of Wood Church, Yorkshire, farmer, dwellinghouse of testator, also dwellinghouse now occupied by Alexander Dinsdale with gardens and appurts. near House of Correction, Kendal, and all remaining real estate, upon trust to use rents and profits for benefit of daughter Hannah Marshall, at her death, to sell same and share money amongst any children of Nannah, living at her death, or their children if they are dead
