Thomas Cockin of Scales in parish of Kirkham, clerk, (iii) Roger Noblett of Preston, grocer -- Mortgage by Lease and Release for £1500, 26/27 Feb. 1734/5 between (i) William Noblett late of Warton in Amounderness and then of Brining with Kellanergh or Kellamore, yeoman, Mary his wife, James Noblet, eldest son and heir of W.N., and Roger Noblet, second son of W.N., and (ii) C.W. -- messuage and tenement called the Lodge or Lodge Hall in Warton and closes, 51ac.1r.20f. then the inheritance and in tenure of W.N. and J.N., also a moiety of a messuage and tenement in Warton, and closes in Brining with Kellamergh called the Carr, Ralph heys, and Lea Moss, 6ac. also a messuage and tenement in Ribby cum Wray, 8ac. formerly inheritance of Thurston Haydock, decd. late grandfather of Mary Noblett, and a close in Out Rawcliffe, 5ac., and all other property in Warton, Brimeing, Kellamergh, Ribby with Wray, and Out Rawcliffe wherein W.N., M.N., J.N., and R.N. have any estate of inheritance -- By lease and Release, 28/29 Oct. 1735, W.N. and J.N. sold to R.N. the property as above subject to the mortgage, and to the portion of £150 of Elizabeth, daughter of W.N.
