Declaration by Edward Owen, Nicholas Jackson and Edward Kery that £90 and interest is made principal. Recital of Act of Parliament vesting terms of 500 years in Owen and Jackson.
Recital of 103/1/8/7. Recited that Thomas Lyster has obtained a Bill in Chancery to force Owen, Jackson and Kerry to pay £800 or else to foreclose equity of redemption of estates in Binweston. £800 and £80 9s. interest still due.
