Rent: 1/3 bloomsmithy rent.
Consideration: £200 plus interest to be paid back on 2 February 1751.
Witnesses: John Caddy, Frances Corker, Isaac Milburn.
Endorsement: Received on 19 February 1761 £208 from John Pennington son and heir-at-law of (1) by John Scotson.
