Mortgage from Michael Pettipher of Pebworth yeoman, to John Smith of Evesham, co. Worcs., miller, reciting nos. 27-8, 34 and 35, of two allotments of land, containing together 38 acres 1 perch, awarded to the said Michael Pettipher by the Inclosure Commissioners in lieu of three quarters of one yardland with tithes which he held in Pebworth, for 1000 years at a peppercorn rent to secure £450.
