The first payment to be on the vigil of St Michael next (28 September). Agnes is to have the right of distraint . If the annuity is more than 14 days in arrears then the fraternity will pay a fine of 6s 8d for which she may also distrain and the costs of the distraint. They have paid her 4d in recognition of their intentions and as part of the regular annuity. The seal of the Company fragmentary, has been scorched and shellac has been spilt on it. Shows an angel holding a pyx. The document is in a box.
