Description

Henry Walker of Blythe, Notts, esq., and Joshua Walker of Red Bull Wharf, London, esq., of the first part: Samual Walker late of Aldwark, par. Ecclesfield, Yorks., but now of Lackington, Derbys., esq., Henry Walker and Joshua Walker, of the second part: George Marsh of Belgrave Place, Pimlico, co. Middlesex esq., of the third part.

Reciting lease and release, and that two respective terms of 1000 and 500 years, created by mortgages of 18 Sep 1747 and 17 Sep 1776, became legally vested in Joshua and Henry Walker, as acting executors of the will of Joshua Walker dec'd. By this indenture, Joshua and Henry Walker surrender to George Marsh, all lands and messuages described in the 2 above recited deeds, so that the remainder of terms of years to come, may be merged in the freehold of the premises now vested in George Marsh.
