Thomas Lloyd, having occasion for the loan of £2,500, applied to Prissick, Jeffreys and Asterley who have agreed to do so with lawful interest and a conveyance in mortgage of the property as in 279/82.
Mortgage. Release. For lease See (279/82)
Proviso for redemption on payment on the 17th October next following (interest at 5%)
