The St. Andrew's Lodge No. 222 was established in 1797 and met at the Bell, Thames Street, London. The lodge has met at various inns and taverns around London but it now meets at the Royal Air Force Club, 128 Piccadilly, London. The Lodge was named St. Andrew's Lodge in 1806 but in 1816 it was renamed the St. Andrew's Lodge East. In 1863 the 'East' was dropped and the lodge name returned to St. Andrew's Lodge.
